Servers
Clear Version’s operational data centers feature the following security measures:
- Third-party SAS 70 Type II certification verifies that all data center facilities operate with strict security procedures.
- Physical access is strictly controlled at the perimeter and at building entrance points.
- Access is strictly controlled with two-factor authorization, and all visitors are required to present identification and sign in to access data center floors.
Additionally, Clear Version’s servers are protected with a dedicated firewall, which constantly scans for and protects against malicious threats. The firewall provides ‘zero-day’ protection against any traffic that does not conform to standard Internet protocols, behaviors or patterns.
All of Clear Version’s servers are automatically updated with the latest vendor-supplied security patches for the operating system and other applications.
